GRIBSKOV STUDENT VILLAGE

In this project, we did not remove any waste from the construction site, did not remove any soil and did not use a single gram of concrete. Production, building maturation and construction took only 3 months from start to move-in and can thus be characterized as the fastest major housing construction in Danish history! In addition, we have used screw foundations that are produced from 75% recycled steel in a solar-powered factory and can stand for more than 100 years and even moved several times as well as we have planted organic flowers, plants, herbs and trees.

3 rainwater lakes take care of the rainwater from buildings and the area without flooding the sewage systems.Aesthetics and society are at the forefront with special wood-based modules, designed and built from scratch. Each student has at least 18 m2 / 45 m3 with private bathroom, toilet and kitchen, heat pump and fully furnished accommodation as well as large common terraces and roof terraces. On the large natural grounds there are path systems, fire pits, lounge furniture and space for bicycles and fun. The student accommodation can be made in all sizes to suit whatever needs in terms of size, indoor and outdoor.
