SUMMERHOUSE KREGME

Our biggest summerhouse so far of 135 m2 for large family gatherings and vacations.

It is set outside on sustainable screw foundations, consisting of 75% recycled steel and produced in a factory that runs 100% on solar energy. We are located on a beautiful natural site in Kregme with the maintenance-free Burnt Wood on facades and thermal pine on terrace decks.

The house consist of 4 modules, two of which are 12m long, one is 9m and the last one is 5m long. The middle 12m module has a sky light divided into 4 parts in the full length of the module. This module also have an extended alcove out through the end facade. The house have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, but both office and lounge can also turn into bedrooms making large gatherings possible with 4 bedrooms. The living area, the dining area and the kitchen is one big room for the whole family. At the main entrance we have a utility space for dirty clothes and laundry.

The screw foundations were installed in just a few days and the modules themselves in just 5 hours with a crane. For this house the modules were only build as a raw-house from the factory, so the rest of the build had to be onsite, which the flexible building approach also has as opportunity. The holistic way of thinking permeates both our thoughts, drawings and construction.
