Nova Tegra is the subtraction of Innovation & Integration and thereby also the Latin pronounce of new & coherent. For homo sapiens and mother earth, the most important aspects will always be to innovate and integrate whether it being people or products.

We believe in creating the building brick for the real world with a build-in reuse from creation. With a holistic cradle to cradle approach we work with 6 bottom-lines being: Aesthetics, Climate, Health, Social, Economy & Time. Building wooden constructions as modules, elements or on-site, on screw-foundations make all our builds moveable and flexible. The whole process is 3-4 times faster than traditional builds and much more healthy and sustainable for both nature, mother earth, bio-diversity and people.

- Fast & smooth process incl. building permit + site maturation

- Placed on screw foundations made of 75% reused steel from a 100% solar powered factory

- Saving 90% CO2 emissions compared with a traditional concrete foundation

- The build can be permanent forever, but can also be moved and reused elsewhere leaving no trace

- FSC certified wooden constructions as modules, elements or on-site builds according to site context

- Diffusion open build with organic insulation like woodfiber, hemp or similar, leaving out a vapor barrier

- Healthy materials all the way through the build, without formaldehyde or other chemicals

- Burned Wood on facades, more or less maintenance free for +80 years with beautiful patina in many colors

- Interior and exterior incl. kitchens, bathrooms, alcoves, build-in furniture, customized or of the shelve

- Heat-treated thermal wood for terrace decks, balcony's etc.

- Air to Air and Air to Water heatpumps for heating and floor heating
